When will tickets go on sale?
Tickets will go on sale for the 2023 TaxAct Clearwater Invitational Presented by EvoShield on December 12, 2022.
Are tickets required for entry?
Yes, tickets are required for entry.
Clear Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for the public and significantly expedite fan entry into our venues, a clear bag policy has been implemented that limits the size and type of bags that may be brought in.
Fans will be able to carry the following style and size bag, at venue entrances, or when approaching queue lines of fans awaiting entry.
• Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12” x 6” x 12”.
• One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag (Ziploc bag or similar).
• An exception will be made for medically necessary items after proper inspection.
Prohibited items include but are not limited to any size purse or clutch that is not clear, coolers, briefcases, backpacks, fanny packs, cinch bags, chairs, seat cushions with backs, luggage of any kind, computer bags and camera bags or any bag larger than the permissible size.
What items are prohibited?
Outside coolers, tents, foods, drinks, pets, grills, umbrellas, large bags, non-clear bags, drones, laser pointers, tents, chairs, glass products and smoking are prohibited. Seat cushions under 18" are allowed.
Do children need a ticket to attend the event?
Everyone three (3) years of age and older requires a ticket for entry. Children under three (3) do not require a ticket; however, they must sit on an adult's lap.
What is the COVID-19 policy for this event?
An inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 exists in any public place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely contagious disease that can lead to severe illness and death. According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, senior citizens and persons with underlying medical conditions are especially vulnerable. By attending this event you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure to COVID-19 and agree to waive and release any and all claims, actions and lawsuits related to COVID-19 against any party involved in the staging, production and/or distribution of this event. I purchased tickets online and have not received them. What should I do?

I purchased tickets, but am not unable to come. Can I return my tickets?

What is the best way to pay vendors?
The event will largely be “cash-less” this year, so vendors will be accepting all major credit cards. Some select vendors will continue to accept cash.
